Live Event Painting at Troubadour Golf and Field Member Guest
The first hole at Troubadour Golf and Field in Nashville, Tennessee is spectacular from any viewpoint. For their 2021 member guest, I captured it from a stunning view on the second tee box.
Plein Air Painting at Cruden Bay Golf Club, Scotland
From the best view on the course, I captured the iconic Cruden Bay landscape from the 9th tee for this plein air sketch. With rolling dunes and the neighboring coast, the composition’s challenge was trying to incorporate it all.
Plein Air Painting at Royal Dornoch Golf Club
I had the incredible opportunity to do a plein air sketch at Royal Dornoch Club this summer. While the coastal winds cut the session short, I was able to capture enough details to bring back to the studio. This little painting will serve as a great study for the big painting version coming soon.
