Eligibility: “Morning Shadows of the Old Course” Print Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the UK, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.  The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Aimee Smith Studios.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on August 8, 2023 at 7AM CST and ends on August 8, 2023 at 8PM CST (“Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, eligible individuals can enter the Giveaway by visiting the official Giveaway landing page at https://aimeesmithstudios.com/morning-shadows-of-the-old-course-print-giveaway/ and completing the online entry form as instructed. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive an art print from Aimee Smith Studios (Approximate Retail Value: $80). No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Aimee Smith Studios or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email or direct message on Instagram/Facebook within 3 days following the winner selection. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. If the potential winner fails to respond within the required time period, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: By participating, each entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the https://aimeesmithstudios.com/morning-shadows-of-the-old-course-print-giveaway/. Note: By entering the Giveaway, you agree to receive marketing emails from Aimee Smith Studios. You can opt-out at any time.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Tennessee, United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Tennessee.
