Set on the grounds of a restored neo-Gothic castle in County Limerick, the Tom Fazio designed course winds through ancient oak woodlands and along the River Maigue. It will host the 2027 Ryder Cup, putting it on the global stage alongside the greatest venues in golf.
The collector who commissioned this Adare Manor golf painting wanted to preserve the memory of a trip to this extraordinary course. Aimee travelled to Adare Manor to capture the reference photography on location, walking the grounds and studying the light as it filtered through the mature tree canopy and played across the manicured fairways.
The result is a painting that captures the parkland elegance that sets Adare Manor apart from any other course in Ireland.
A Tom Fazio Masterpiece in Ireland
The golf course at Adare Manor was originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and completely reimagined by Tom Fazio as part of a landmark restoration that transformed the entire estate. The Fazio redesign created a championship parkland course that flows through 840 acres of the Adare Manor estate with the River Maigue, ancient limestone walls, and centuries-old trees shaping every hole.
Adare Manor hosted the Irish Open in 2007 and 2008 and the JP McManus Pro-Am, which has drawn players including Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and Justin Thomas. In 2027 it will become the first Irish venue to host the Ryder Cup since the K Club in 2006.
