Candace and Justin: 30″ x 40″ live wedding painting

Sometimes our world gets smaller and we are all the better for it. I’ve known Candace since the first grade, and so when I had the opportunity to do a live wedding painting at her ceremony, I was so excited. Candace and Justin exchanged their vows in an intimate setting on their peaceful farm in Ashland City, Tennessee.

They set up a wooden arch made from lumber from the area, graced with florals and haystacks. Their barn balanced the composition and grounded it to their property. The next day they celebrated at their reception with family and friends.

It was my first time experiencing a small ceremony, and maybe it was the serene setting, but there was a magic to the moment.

Congrats to the happy couple! And thank you for letting me be a part of your special day!
